In September 2000, the oldest brewery in Wallonia (the Dubuisson Brewery) opened its first micro-brewery in Louvain-La-Neuve, the ‘Brasse-Temps’. The challenge was to produce beers on-site which had character as well as tasting great. Only beers from the Dubuisson Brewery are sold there!
Come and visit the place where the famous “Cuvée des Trolls” and other speciality beers from the brewery are made and end your visit with a tasting of the «rafale», which is a mixture of their beers brewed on-site.
