The Kosmopolite Art Tour is an international graffiti festival aimed at promoting the richness and diversity of street art. You will be guided through the particularities of this unique world by an artist who will help you decode the graffiti you will see.
In 2012 and 2015, Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve entrusted the walls of the student city to artists from all around the world, who were able to express themselves whilst enriching the artistic heritage, displaying a rivalry that you can discover for yourself when you look at the murals painted at this time.
