At the end of the day after work, I ride home on my bike. Once I pass the Aula Magna, I leave the bustle of the city centre behind and on the footbridge that leads to the lake, I admire the view and the colours of the sky that merge into the lake.
Whether in the sunshine surrounded by hordes of revellers, or in the rain with a few forlorn joggers, I can’t help thinking that I am so lucky to live in a place which is such a clever blend of city and nature.
