Police headquarters
Available at the police headquarters :
* Help desk: the help desk is staffed by a police officer, who you can turn to for any judicial declaration (complaint). No appointment is required for this service.
* Telephone: the telephone in the hall can be used to call the person with whom you have an appointment or invited you to attend a meeting.
* Letter box: this letter box is for depositing any written application. You may use a standard form available onsite. You may also deposit documents for forwarding. The box can also be used for asking questions, making comments or applying for an appointment. N.B.: conversely, a complaint has to be recorded by a police officer.
Organisation of the department :
* General police services: responsible for any general judicial and law enforcement matters: complaints, theft, surveillance of empty houses,...
* Youth protection and police victim support department: responsible for all youth protection or police victim support matters
* Police administrative department: licensed beverage establishment authorisation forms, lost documents, bylaws / road safety / works, keys for access to Louvain-la-Neuve's car-free area, Forms for requesting the surveillance of empty houses, register of firearms, traffic, judicial, driving problems.
